-1 sheet (4 crackers) low-fat honey graham crackers
-1/4 cup Cool Whip Free
-1 tsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
-8 mini marshmallows
In a small bowl, lightly stir Cool Whip, chocolate chips and marshmallows. Break graham cracker sheets in two squares. Place cool whip mixture between the two crackers and freeze until solid (about 1 hour).
I clearly quadrupled this recipe. The perfect fall treat.
