Greek Dinner

Catalina Su shared this recipe and I knew I had to try it.  I LOVE Greek food (I miss you Volta) and I have never been able to perfect a low-fat Tzatziki sauce. 


Organic free-range chicken with olive oil, dill, oregano, season salt and garlic salt, baked for 30 minutes (flipped halfway through) at 350.

Chopped goodness for the tzatziki sauce and veggies.

Make this!!! SO GOOD.  Healthy and so much flavor.  I added some brown rice because I'm a shameless carb-lover.


  1. I made this after seeing Catalina post it! I actually made it into pita sandwiches w/ the chicken, sauce and a bit of salad in each pita. Even my kids liked it!

  3. I can't wait to try that tzatziki! Gull, shame from brown rice? You're crazy! Brown, high in fiber... practically a veggie.
