Per his request, CHBoo wanted me to make him this smoothie I've mentioned to him before.
Packed with vitamins (A, C, K, iron, fiber, folate, lutein, magnesium, potassium, protein and calcium) this smoothie is loaded with spinach that is disguised with PB (Better n' Peanut Butter, my FAVE low-cal PB) and banana.
I must admit, I couldn't help but giggle as I whipped up what looked like an interesting green potion...

Maybe the beer helped wash it down, but I gotta say -- it was surprisingly tasty!! As the recipe said -- all you can taste is the peanut butter and banana. Try it for yourself!! You could even take out the peanut butter, use fruit-flavored Greek yogurt and add some frozen berries for a fruity twist.
