Fresh Salsa

Homemade salsa is a totally different game than the stuff you buy in a jar.  This salsa recipe is a summer go to and ridiculously easy.  I would call it "dump salsa" but we all know that sounds MUCH less appetizing.

Summer Salsa

1 can black beans (rinsed)
2 cans shoepeg corn
1 can rotel
1 can diced tomatoes
1 onion (chopped)
1-2 limes (squeezed)
optional: chopped cilantro

  2. Haha you need some spices!! :) Or maybe in AZ we just prefer to burn our taste buds off as we enjoy salsa. Have you tried the Pioneer Woman's recipe?? Soooo good! Your guac looks amazing!

    1. I'm telling you Arizona, try it with no spices and see what you think!! I get where you're coming from, but my tastebuds don't miss seasoning! I would definitely consider adding a jalapeño or two though.
