I've been looking to mix up my workouts lately and if someone tells me I can get a well-rounded workout in only 25 minutes complete with cardio, weights and abs -- I'm in.
With 4.5 stars and almost 3,000 positive reviews on Amazon -- I decided to go with the ripped and frightening Jillian Michaels as my new personal trainer.
I have to admit...I'm kind of loving it. It's a quick workout that is nonstop and gets right to it. Broken up into three levels that progress with intensity -- each level follows a 3-2-1 interval system that combines strength, cardio and abs to burn calories and shred fat. It takes such a small amount of time and I'm definitely sore the next day. That means something is working!!

DeleteI did the 30 Day Shred in grad school and LOVED it... perhaps I need to get back that? (Who am I kidding... I DEFINITELY need to get back to that.)
ReplyDeleteUm IF ONLY we could do this workout together. I have a feeling I would wet my workout pants (let's be serious...if you're doing this in the privacy of your home, who says you even need pants?? WHAT!?!? I said it).
