I've been looking to mix up my workouts lately and if someone tells me I can get a well-rounded workout in only 25 minutes complete with cardio, weights and abs -- I'm in.
With 4.5 stars and almost 3,000 positive reviews on Amazon -- I decided to go with the ripped and frightening Jillian Michaels as my new personal trainer.
I have to admit...I'm kind of loving it. It's a quick workout that is nonstop and gets right to it. Broken up into three levels that progress with intensity -- each level follows a 3-2-1 interval system that combines strength, cardio and abs to burn calories and shred fat. It takes such a small amount of time and I'm definitely sore the next day. That means something is working!!
