Same wardrobe as above but with Basic Bath Turkish Towel {c/o}
I always love to add a fun scarf to a simple outfit. In the first photo grouping I've tied my turkish towel into a celebrity knot.
In the bottom photo grouping I've tied my turkish towel into a twisted necklace.
You can find tutorials on each here (along with 14 other ways to tie a scarf!).

What a great idea!
ReplyDeleteLove this look!
ReplyDeleteAnd, GIVE ME YOUR CELINE. Seriously amazing.
Actually, did you know that there are celine look-alikes all over? Check this out! http://www.mimiboutique.com/handbags/totes/mini-audrina-tote-coral-red.html
Delete*YAWN* Im so sick of this turkey towel...can we move on to something else please? Its a scarf, a dress, a table runner, a blanket, a refrigerator....I...okay, we get it...I bet youve said it TEN TIMES!
ReplyDeleteDon't you dare put salt on it.
DeleteKat,
I agree with Jeremy Bitchin Martin. Can we see a birthday post today about how much you love Jer-Bear and I? I mean, don't think we don't see that this post still falls under Thursday. New day girl, new topic. ;)
I feel like taking that turkey towel and STICKING IT IN HER MOUTH!
DeleteIT makes me angry.
ReplyDeleteWell, then don't wear your turkey towel. If someone wants to purchase a turkey towel, they can buy a turkey towel. What's it to you?
Oooo mmm gee, I forgot how much Chris Crocker's grandma relates to everyday life -- especially something as versatile as this! LOVE you both.
OK you two. FIRST OF ALL, IT'S A TURKISH TOWEL not a "turkey towel" you idiots.
DeleteSecondly, that is the POINT of these posts - that these turkish towels are so VERSATILE!
Lastly, I HAVE posted two video posts in between the turkish-t posts...duh girl.
You two cray. When are we getting together again?
Kat, Do you think the Towel could be used to hang a " SASSY" boyfriend?
DeleteI now LOVE this blog post! It has reminded me how stupid my friends are, how much I adore Chris Crockers grandmother, and taught me that I can use a turkey towel as a pot holder, a sail for a boat, a bathrobe, a car seat cover, a skirt, and Im sure that Kat will blog some way to use it to make your children behave better in public. Thanks Kat for a self-help post!
ReplyDeleteYou guys are HILARIOUS!
ReplyDeleteKat, I support you and your Turka Turka towel. The Towel reminds me of the time that I traveled to Turkey. The women would use these towels to deliver their newborns and then use the soaked up ' mommy and baby fluid" to make Turka Turka protien drinks. It's a very poor country, but they are satisfied and blessed to have their blue Turka Turka towel.
BAHAHAHAHAHA! LOVE! Okay, NOW I am buying one!
ReplyDeleteJonathan - you can certainly use this towel to hang your boyfriend, in fact, I'm encouraging it.
DeleteJeremy - you are SO CREATIVE in your ideas for turkish-t!! I think you could also use it to swaddle Zoe, to diaper Zoe, to create a turban, blindfold a la Fifty Shades, tube top or even as curtains.
LOOK, MISSISSIPPI BARBIE, YOU BETTA STOP SAYING THAT I NEED A DIAPER. ZOE, IS GROWN! OHHHHHH YOU MAKE ZOE SOOOOOO MAD!
ReplyDeleteI <3 this.
Deletewooooow not sure what's going on in the above comments (hilariousssss), but I really do want a TURKEY TOWEL! Iz guna wur it az a scarf liek yew!
