Chicken Pot Pie Soup


When I saw this Skinnytaste recipe for chicken pot pie soup I knew that this would have to be tested out in my kitchen.  I love chicken pot pie and a soup version sounds like the perfect lunch for the work week.

Served with these garlic cheddar biscuits (super easy and delicious), this is a hearty soup is a win.  Check out the recipe and see for yourself!  You'll probably find that you have most of the ingredients in your kitchen already.


These biscuits were amazing, however I didn't think they warmed up well the next day.  That didn't phase me too much considering I think I ate at least 4 when they were warm out of the oven.


With this recent chilly weather (finally!!), chili and soups are some of my favorite dishes to warm up after a long day.

  1. haha that's hilarious, my boyfriend and I make the same soup all winter long...and we're planning to make it tonight! All of Gina's recipes are amazing! The biscuits are an awesome idea, I may need to add that too!
