Thanks to all of you for your kind comments and emails regarding my honeymoon wardrobe!!
Most of you had the same questions, so I thought I would share with you some of my favorite pieces and why I chose to pack them.
Nine West (old, similar here and here) and Calvin Klein
Last but not least, the two beach hats I had were Merona for Target -- I snagged them on clearance for $8 a piece in the fall! Similar striped hat here and here.
I packed four solid maxi dresses, two of which I snagged from yes, eBay (the red one is the same as the white I wore for the bachelorette weekend, seen here and here - you can also find the blue maxi there), and a short blue dress. The black and grey dresses were purchased at a boutique in New Orleans last year - I cut the tag out...sorry I can't provide more info!
Baubles - colorful, fun and lots of them! I also made sure to pack bright statement necklaces that would change up the looks of the solid dresses.
Woven clutch from Bahamian market, Kendra Scott (similar here), Forever21, Kendra Scott, boutique, Forever21
A pop of coral and some snakeskin heels matched every outfit and worked right into my caribbean theme.

What about the black low back dress? What brand??? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info! I like the idea of packing solid colours and changing their look with accessories. Will try that method when I go away in the new year.
ReplyDeleteI have the yellow Target hat that I love!!!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the backless maxi! I packed a lot of similar items for my honeymoon in September. You seemed to simplify yours a lot more than me, however. Wish I had! Congrats again. :-)
