I didn't understand the craze with ceramic stools until recently when I saw this beauty on Overstock.com. Something about it's unique and vintage shape and color caught my eye and I couldn't resist!
I also love the look of a pair together. I've found out the hard way that when you can buy a pair of anything, if you have the cash - buy the pair. If you don't, you'll regret it when it's too late (or at least I always do).
Writing this post made me buy another one. I need to follow my own advice, right?

Love it! Ties everything together perfectly. I have been perplexed by both the ceramic stool trend, as well as the metallic pouf trend...and wouldn't you know I've eventually broken down and gone for both. No regrets about it either!
